Below is a skeleton of the unconference schedule. We'll fill in the actual slots together, as the unconference begins!

The afternoon will be divided into two main content types:

• Four 25-minute sessions, with up to 6 concurrent sessions per timeslot (there will be two additional areas in addition to those shown below)
  
• Three 5-minute "lightning talks" geared toward all participants

We'll also gather as a full group at the beginning of the unconference to introduce ourselves and sign up for sessions, and then again at the end to share highlights.

All participants are encourage to lead or suggest sessions. See a list of what's been proposed so far.
